Apomah then gathered Forson’s belongings which were being kept in police custody and put them at the entrance of the station. He then signaled her to run away.
Forson then went to narrate her ordeal to her father-in-law who in turn went to report it at Bakaano Police Station. She was rearrested and handed over to Kotokuraba Police Station for investigations. Apomah was arrested and charged with rape and aiding in escape of a convict.
