Comedian Eric Omondi has parted ways with his fiancée and mother of his child, Linet Watiri Njihia, popularly known as Lynne Njihia.
Lynne, in a statement shared via her official Instagram account on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, announced that she had made the decision to end her relationship with Eric Omondi.
She pointed out that the decision was not easy, but it was best for her peace, growth, and the future she envisions for herself and her daughter.
“I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Eric Omondi. It wasn’t easy, but it’s what’s best for my peace, growth, and the future I envision for myself and my daughter. Here’s to new beginnings—always,” Lynne stated.
In 2024, Lynne opened up on how she had met Eric Omondi. She revealed that she auditioned for a role in one of Eric Omondi’s sketches in 2020, which marked the beginning of their relationship.
“We met in Karen when we were working together. It was our first meeting, and the chemistry was instant. It was the first week of April 2020. A friend introduced me to one of his skits, and I went to the shoot not knowing it was for Eric Omondi. I was doing various shoots on the side while I was at university,” she told one of the local dailies.
The comedian and Lynne have a daughter together.

nothing like Justice in Kenya's electoral body.this greediest must vacate the office
Your Comment : I have now believed that we do not have an independent electoral and boundaries commission , instead we have a congregation of greedy individuals out to misuse Kenyans and bring chaos to our country. #Remove them. #clean the top leadership.
Congratulations to Governor Mutua, you really deserve to lead in the best performing governors,,, those ranked last should be dealt with accordingly for misappropriating public funds
