Mary Nyachae, daughter of the late politician-cum-businessman, the late Simeon Nyachae, is dead.

Mary’s death was announced by former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Matiang’i, in his message of condolences shared via his official X account, noted that Mary’s memory would live on through the lives she touched and the warmth she shared with those around her.

“It is with deep sadness that I have learnt of the passing of Mary Nyachae, daughter of the late patriarch, Mzee Simeon Nyachae. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Nyachae family and their friends. May the Lord grant you strength, comfort, and grace during this difficult time. Mary’s memory will live on through the lives she touched and the warmth she shared with those around her,” Matiang’i stated.
