The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has unveiled the two names that will battle it out with Deputy President William Ruto for presidential tickets.
The Kenya Kwanza alliance affiliate party has invited three candidates for presidential nomination interview.
The three are DP Ruto, Tracey Wanjiru Kingoli and Orina Jephanei Nyakwama.
In invitation letters send to the three, UDA stated that article 31.1 of its constitution provides the process for nomination of a presidential candidate through National Delegates Congress (NDC).
The party’s NDC is scheduled for March 15, 2022 at Kasarani indoor arena.
DP Ruto has been asked to present himself for interview and verification of his documents on Saturday March 12, 2022 at 0830hrs at the Hustlers Plaza in Lavington, Nairobi.
He is required to present a copy of his ID, a passport size photo, proof of payment of nomination fees, copy of his academic certificate and an updated resume.
Tracey Wanjiru has also been asked to present herself for interview on Saturday at the same time as that of DP Ruto.
She is also expected to present the same documents as those required of DP Ruto.
Nyakwama on the other hand had applied to have his nomination fees waived.
In response to his application, UDA through Secretary Genberal Veronica Maina has asked him to present his petition on Saturday March 12, 2022 at 1000hrs.

let the dynasty grouped themselves,so that we can slaughter them at once.
When Murathe says "we" I wonder who it is that he is referring to. Anyway, I believe the road to state house for Dr.WSR might be bumpy but surely the Murathe's of this country can't stop Dr.WSR from getting there! I MIGHT BE WRONG BUT I AM RIGHT.
wow!very captivating news to read, thanks
