Four members of staff at State House, Nairobi have tested positive for Covid-19.
The report comes amid speculations that several staff members had tested positive following a Covid-19 test that was conducted at State House on Thursday last week.
Reports from State House indicate that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his family are safe. However, the affected staff are admitted at Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kiambu County.
They were confirmed positive after a targeted mass testing that was conducted at State House on Thursday last week.
Former State House employee Dennis Itumbi had on Monday June 15 asked the Ministry of Health to confirm the exact number of staff who had tested positive.
