<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Kenya’s quest to return to the global stage is officially underway as the <strong>Harambee Starlets U17</strong> prepare to kick off their <strong>2026 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers</strong> campaign against <strong>Namibia</strong>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">According to the qualification draw released by CAF, Kenya will face Namibia in the <strong>first round</strong>, with the <strong>first leg scheduled between April 10–12</strong>, while the <strong>return leg will take place from April 17–19, 2026</strong>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The two-legged tie will determine who progresses to the second round, where the winner will face either <strong>Zimbabwe or Uganda</strong> later in May. The final qualification round is set for July, with a coveted place at the <strong>2026 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup</strong> up for grabs.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Kenya will be aiming to build on recent improvements in youth football development, with the U17 women’s team steadily gaining experience on the continental stage.
