Ruto Takes Hustler Nation Gospel To Mt. Kenya After BBI Reggae Was Switched Off

Barely two days after the Court of appeal upheld the High Court decision that declares the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) as null and void, Deputy President William Ruto is touring Mt Kenya region.

The second in command who has been in celebratory mood since the Court of appeal delivered its ruling on Friday August 20, 2021 is set to tour Mwea sub county, in Kirinyaga county, to preach his Hustler Nation Gospel.

The DP has been courting Mt. Kenya region in his bid to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta in the next year’s general election.

The self-proclaimed Hustler Nation spokesperson Dennis Itumbi on Sunday morning shared photos of DP Ruto and his allies at his Karen residence in Nairobi, saying that they were off to Mwea.

DP Ruto has been arguing that the constitutional amendment through BBI process was meant to block his presidential bid.

Celebrating the court of appeal ruling on Friday evening, Ruto prayed that God helps his team which he termed as the coalition of the unknown, rule Kenya and engineer her economy through the bottom up model.

Ruto believes that Kenya’s economy can only be reignited by using the bottom up economic approach.

This is the narrative that he has been selling to Kenyans, ad it is the same gospel that he will be preaching in Kirinyaga.

He believes that the economy can only be revived if the low-earning Kenyans, that is boda boda operators and mama mbogas are empowered.
